How To Take
Instructions are to say the least a bit vague… the makers suggest that you start with one capsule in the morning.. if you feel ok with it, you can gradually increase the daily dose to 3-4 capsules ( You MUST NOT take more than 8 in any 24 hr period)
They also suggest that you cycle on a 5 days on and 2 days off to stop your body becoming too dependant on it
Any Reported Side Effects
There are no reported side effects… but as the supplement contains caffeine it could possible cause sleeplessness or the jitters in anyone who is intolerant to stimulants…. bottom line, if you can drink strong coffee, you should be fine with Brain Stack
Where Can You Buy Brain Stack
Amazon, GNC as well as more independent stockists (cerebralsupplements are one example) sell Brain Stack…. Price wise, you will pay around $34.95 plus shipping for a 14 day supply..
You can save $5 buy buying 2 bottles at once ( giving you a full months supply).. Buying direct, the makers also offer a monthly auto ship program that will cost you $27.50 per month..
Any Cash Back Guarantees?
The makers offer a 60 days cash back guarantee, but this only applies to the first 32 capsules… if you want to return, you can send the first bottle back half full or even empty… all other bottles have to be returned unopened and in a fully saleable condition.. in return for the refund, the makers will ask you about your experience with the supplement.
Overall not a bad product indeed… the formula is quite good.. however we are not convinced that the inclusion of caffeine is good idea… it can cause that BUZZ that you get from strong coffee, which could actually trick users into thinking that the product is actually working..
Looking at some of the other ingredients, many can be found in our top rated products, but looking in depth at the actual dosaeges themselves, it seems to be a bit light on the quantity of ingredients per dose like Pterostilbene and Hericum Erinaceus…
We actually prefer to take Citicoline instead of Alpha GPC.. it has some solid human clinical testing behind it to back up its claims where as Alpha GPC has only been tested on animals to date..
From a purchasing point of view too, it doesn’t appear to be that greater value.. at full dose – (4 capsules) each bottle only contains enough for 8 days supply… this means that to take for a full month you would need to spend over $100..
Good – But There Are Better Products Out There!
