Lucidal: The Key To More Lucid Thought?
Created by Advanced Metabolics Research Group, Ludical is packed full of powerful natural and organic ingredients, and claims to ease mental fatigue, help you think faster and more clearly and support increased alertness, mental energy and focus.
With no manufacturer presence and little by way of user testimonials available online, however, is there any truth behind the claims? Here’s what we think…
This supplement is comprised of an impressive 10 vitamins, 5 minerals, and numerous botanical extracts, with each dose of Lucidal containing a mind blowing ( excuse the pun) 50 ingredients.
Lucidal’s comprehensive list of ingredients includes:
Vitamins A, C, D3, E, B6, B12, thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, folate, biotin, pantothenic acid, magnesium, zinc, selenium, chromium, potassium, beta carotene, alpha carotene, lutein, zeaxanthin, cryptoxanthin, creatine monohydrate, DMAE bitartrate, choline, chondroitin sulfate, glucosamine HCl, L-glutamine, L-pyroglutamic acid, inositol, alpha-ketoglutaric, acid, soy bean oil powder, taurine, trimethylglycine, ginkgo biloba, green tea extract, soy isoflavones, acetyl L-carnitine, alpha lipoic acid, acetyl L-tyrosine, PABA, vinpocetine, bilberry, grape seed extract, maritime pine bark extract, CoQ10, lycopene, resveratrol, huperzine A and vanadium.
How does Lucidal work?
While Lucidal claims to improve neurotransmission to aid memory and mental energy, exactly how it does this isn’t explained.
The manufacturer recommends taking three capsules a day for best results.
The jury’s out on this one – we can only find a very limited number of user testimonials out there, and those that do exist are a mixed bag. Some people have experienced strong improvements in feeling calmer, more focused and with less anxious, and others report vast improvement in memory and, interestingly, patience.
Other people, however, claim to have used this product as directed without experiencing any noticeable improvements in brain functioning at all.
It has been noted by many experts that the sheer number of ingredients in each dose of Lucidal may mean that none are used in large enough quantities to have any serious effects.
Where To Buy Lucidal
Lucidal seems fairly tricky to get hold of. We’ve tracked it down at Amazon, where it costs $62.99 for 90 capsules. Unfortunately there are no signs of a manufacturer guarantee if you’re not happy with the product.
It appears to us that the makers of Lucida have taken just about every single ingredient that they could lay their hands on and thrown them together to make this over formulated, yet underpowered supplement..there is no way that you could get anywhere near enough of any of the key nootropic ingredients into a capsule.. common sense tells you that there can only ever be tiny, ineffective, trace amounts of these ingredients that quite frankly ( in our opinion) offer users very little of anything…
One To Avoid – Thats Our Opinion… Save Your Time and Money…
